Thank you for shopping at LLYTHELABEL.COM the following are our Shipping Terms & Conditions:

 

DISPATCH INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched the same or next working day *

* Excluding Public Holidays and Bank Holidays or if stated otherwise

 

COURIER SERVICE

Shipping time varies according to the selected delivery method. The time frames provided here are suggested by the couriers, but they are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be provided with a tracking number where you can track your parcel here. For International orders you can track your orders via our International delivery partners which can be found here by clicking on your parcels destination country.

Please note: LLY THE LABEL is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen from time to time and can occur in peak volume period.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address or contact number connected to an order. We can only ship to the shipping address provided at the time of order. We are unable to amend shipping addresses once an order is confirmed due to fraud prevention. We insist you double check your shipping address once you have received the order confirmation. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us within an hour of your order, where the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued and you will be asked to place another order with the corrected shipping address.

It is not possible to change a shipping address or contact number once your order has been dispatched.

  

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. Unfortunately, these charges are out of LLY THE LABEL's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For information regarding customs & taxes, please refer to your government website advice. All customs charges must be met by the customer. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please be aware before purchasing. 

Strictly no returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products anything returned to us would have to be discarded. For hygiene reasons along with COVID19 we would be unable to re-sell anything returned.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS

We are not responsible for any parcels once shipped. Any parcels where delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us from the courier for any of the following reasons:

Incorrect address, Unclaimed parcel, Insufficient address, Address does not exist, Incomplete address, The item is refused by the addressee, The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address, etc.

We will inform the customer by email that their parcel has been returned to sender. If you would like for your parcel to be sent out again you will be asked to pay the additional shipping fee within a 14 day period. After this the order will be closed. You will be liable for any additional returns / customs charges in relation to your return.

Where refunds are issued after orders have been dispatched an £5 admin fee will be deducted from the refund total. Kindly note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. * 

* Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to inform us of any issues.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or amend it.

If we agree to an order cancellation prior to order dispatch a £2 admin fee will be deducted from the refund total. Kindly note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.


RETURN T&C's

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. 

If a return or exchange has been agreed directly with us under a anomalous circumstance - items must be unused / unworn / unwashed and in their original packaging. Kindly note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. All items are returned at the customers' own expense. 

All eligible items must be returned and delivered back to our returns address back within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer at the cost of the customer, if the customer does not pay the return postal costs the item will be destroyed and recycled.

Customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed. We reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.

If we agree to a refund under any circumstance prior to order dispatch a £2 admin fee will be deducted from the refund total. After order dispatch a £5 admin fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Please note: Returns will only be accepted if they have been agreed by us directly before hand and the above T&C's apply.
