IS PACKAGING DISCREET?
All LLY the Label orders are sent in plain packaging therefore packaging is discrete for all orders being delivered in the UK (Excluding the Channel Islands). Sadly for any International + UK Channel Island orders we have to declare the contents of the package for customs which will be on the back of your parcel.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of LLY the Label's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Sadly not. We DO NOT offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. Anything returned to us would have to be discarded for hygiene reasons along with COVID19. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number with a link to track your package.
